Contains a compilation of four episodes from the Ewoks series, edited into a single programme. The episodes have been slightly edited to flow more smoothly, and the entire music score has been replaced with new music.

The Ewoks episodes didn't lend themselves especially well to this kind of compilation, as each episode told a contained story. Unusal for a US release, this comes in a clamshell box. A companion piece "Star Wars animated classics - Droids" was also released at the time. Both tapes have been out of print since 1999. These compilations were also released on DVD in 2004. Believe it or not, back in 1999 my first copy of this arrived from Amazon.com with a Swan Princess tape sealed inside. Luckily, Amazon has a great return policy and gave me an immediate replacement. I like The Swan Princess, but it's not really the same, is it? |
