Star Wars Trailers, VCD, Bootleg, USA 2002

This is a "home-brew" VideoCD release created by a private citizen, collecting 46 trailers for the Star Wars films. This was released before Episode III came out, so it is the only film not represented here. The quality naturally varies depending on the source, and the inherent low resolution of the VideoCD format doesn't help. Some are from analog video sources, some are internet downloads (many carry the StarWars.com watermark). Also included is a Dennis Muren interview from the 1993 US THX Laserdisc box set, along with the Lapti Nek music video from the same set. I couldn't resist this great collection from a US seller on eBay. Word to the wise: Home-burned VCDs aren't playable after a couple of years. Make a back-up. That being said, this particular disc still plays perfectly as of 2025, after 23 years of storage. |
