Return of the Jedi, Laserdisc, CBS/Fox video, 1992

In 1992 the Star Wars films got new Laserdisc releases, this time with digital sound (PCM stereo). The films are in cropped "fullframe" format. Return of the Jedi was too long to time compress under 2 hours, so the film's running time was left intact spread across 3 sides in the CLV format

At the end of side 3 you get a useful "Home Theatre Sound Check" feature to check if your speakers are hooked up correctly, and a Colour bar test pattern. Side 4 is just the normal "Program material on the other side" message.
