Return of the Jedi (Fullscreen), DVD, Twentieth Century-Fox Video, USA 2006

These 2006 re-releases of the original Star Wars trilogy movies, available in both Widescreen and Fullscreen, are notable for the inclusion of the "unaltered" theatrical versions of the films. Known colloquially as the "GOUT"-versions (an acronym for George's Original Unaltered Trilogy), the original versions went on a moratorium with the release of the Special Editions in 1997, and weren't available for the interim 9 years.

Though they were advertised as a major selling point, the original versions were relegated to the bonus discs, separate from the main programme. They were also sourced from the 1993 scans used for the THX Laserdisc releases, which meant they were in non-anamorphic widescreen, which is vastly inferior to a "proper" DVD transfer. Even on the "Fullscreen" releases, the original theatrical versions are only offered in Widescreen.

The "Limited Time Only" info on the front covers are stickers from the shrinkwrap.
