The Story of Star Wars Walmart Exclusive, DVD, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment, USA 2005
It contains two half-hour documentaries, The Story of Luke Skywalker and The Story of Anakin Skywalker. Both were produced in 2004, with new segments hosted by C-3PO and R2-D2.
These two segments could also be found on the VideoNow Star Wars disc.
This bonus DVD came with The Revenge of the Sith DVD if you purchased it at Walmart or Sam's Club. I bought mine separately on eBay.
