2-disc re-release in slimcase packaging. Only available from either the 2008 regular box set, or the HMV exclusive variant, and marked with "Not for individual sale". The contents of the discs are identical to the previous 2006 releases. (Which means Disc 1 is the 2004 DVD, and Disc 2 is the bonus disc from 2006.)
