Star Wars Episode I and Episode II Saga DVD Pack (Fullscreen), DVD, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment, USA 2002

20th Century Fox Home Video released a two-pack of the first two prequels in 2002. This set features the films in "Full Screen" cropped format. An equivalent Widescreen set was never released. The films came in separate DVD covers inside a simple slipcase. This was never followed up with a matching prequel trilogy release once Episode III was out in 2005, which I would have expected. I got my set from eBay in 2004, in somewhat rough condition unfortunately. These slipcases don't stand up to much shelf ware.
