From Star Wars to Jedi - The Making of a Saga, Betamax, Playhouse Video, USA 1986

This seems to be an ex-rental tape from the US rental chain Tower Video. The label Playhouse Video is "a division of CBS/Fox Video" according to the back. Playhouse Video was a brand they used primarily for releases of children's programming.

There is a watermark protruding from the upper left corner which says "CBSFOX 3". (See detail to the right, click image to enlarge). This would not have been visible back in the day, with the excessive overscan on old tube TVs.

The cardboard cover is identical to the VHS version, and you can see where there used to be a "Beta" sticker covering the VHS logo on the side.

The trashed cover certainly reflects its rental origin. I include it here as a placeholder for the time when I get a more decent copy. Strangely, it didn't look this bad on the eBay pictures (bought way back in 2009). Caveat Emptor.
