The Making of Star Wars, VHS, CBS/Fox Video UK, 1990

The original issues have the usual rounded spine that CBS/Fox used on all their releases at the time. Subsequent reissues have a square spine and a glossier case. This was issued along with "Classic Creatures" and "From Star Wars to Jedi" in the UK in 1990. Strangely, the documentary from Empire Strikes Back was never released. (It did see a release inside the Executor box set issued in the UK in 1995, though.)
