The Empire Strikes Back Special Edition, DVD, Bootleg, China 2000
As you can see, the front and back covers don't match.
Yet another version of the 1997 Special Edition, most likely sourced from a widescreen laserdisc. This has the same "Look" intro that several other bootlegs have, but uses the menu template from this bootleg. The sources seem identical, with non-removable Chinese subtitles at the bottom of the screen. This versions sound is horribly out of synch, though. The VOBs are dated 2000.
