This appears to be a worldwide release. Although manufactured in Britain, it is region free and encoded in the US NTSC format.

The Cinema 16 organization issued several anthologies of short films. For Star Wars afficianados, this one on American Short Films, holds special interest. Not only does it contain the wonderful Geroge Lucas in Love, it also features a short film by George Lucas himself, Freihet (German for Freedom).
